New Computer Setup Checklist

 

1. Install Chrome https://www.google.com/chrome/

 

2. Allow Pop Ups in Chrome:

Step 1. On your computer, open Chrome.

Step 2. At the top right, click on 3 dots then Settings.

Step 3. At the bottom, click Advanced.

Step 4. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.

Step 5. Click Pop-ups and redirects.

Step 6. At the top, turn the setting to Allowed or Blocked.

 

3. Allow Open PDF in Chrome:

Step 1. On your computer, open Chrome.

Step 2. At the top right, click on 3 dots then Settings.

Step 3. At the bottom, click Advanced.

Step 4. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.

Step 5. Near the bottom, click PDF documents.

Step 6. Turn off Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome. (Turn

On if you are having problems with downloading referrals)

 

4. Change Power Settings: In windows search Left Bottom type: Power & Sleep Settings. Select-Screen-turn off after 1 Hour, PC goes to Sleep after 1 Hour

 

5. Create System Restore Point: In windows search Left Bottom type: Create Restore point

 

Install:

 

6. FoxIt PDf Reader OR download and install older version that creates PDF from scan.

 

7. PDF24 Creator for desktop.

 

8. Windows PC Manager

 

9. Click& Clean

 

10. Brother Scanner Driver (If PDF output is missing select feeder option in source).

 

11. iCopy  (Use this APP for scanning after adding scanner to Devices - Printers & scanners).

 

12. PaperPort

 

13. pDoc Signer

 

14. Topaz SigPlus signature pad driver.

 

15. Cannon scanner driver.

 

16. Install TeamCom - Search TeamCom in Cloud Office.

 

Create Short Cuts on Desktop for Cloud Office and Prognocis: At the top right, click on 3 dots then More Tools then Create shortcut.
